us to stay current with all aspects of the
production of metal gusset plated wood trusses.
Atlas participates in random inspections/audits
of truss production and always strives to
achieve the highest possible score.

The Auto 8/10™ offers extremely fast pressing and travel times. Its powerful 50-ton pressing capacity and easy-to-use jig hardware make it an ideal choice for smaller trusses, hips, jacks, and floor trusses. Setup is simple and quick. Single joystick control makes for easy machine operation. Plus, the Auto 8/10 handles 2×4 and 4×2 trusses with no adjustment. The Auto 8/10 comes complete with roof truss jigging that fits in the J-slots running across the table. Floor truss jigging is also available. The table top is available in plastic, wood, or all steel.
The Auto 8/10 is available in lengths of 40′ and 45′. The platen is 1-1/4″ welded steel which resists deflection and ensures proper plate seating. The system is run by a 15-hp hydraulic system that is trouble free and made with heavy-duty components for a smooth, efficient operation. No installation is required which means you can be up and running within minutes.
The JackRabbit® coil-fed joint assembly machine is the fastest, most efficient way to produce multiple jack trusses. It works with most production materials: hardwoods, softwoods, plywood, OSB, and high-density plastics.
There is no cutting or nailing! The production table slides in and out to allow you to accurately line up your truss components with ease. Grooved and painted guidelines reduce jigging times significantly. Plating and pressing are automatically initiated and completed.
The JackRabbit® machine comes equipped with a touch screen for easy setup. The machine also features coil-fed plates on the press head and a gear-driven plate drive system with an automatic shear. Some of the safety features include photoelectric touch buttons, end-of-coil stop, and emergency stops.
Auto Roll 14TR Purpose-built for Truss Assembly and Pre-embedment.
Designed for truss assembly and connector plate pre-embedment, the Auto Roll 14TR features interchangeable press heads with the Auto Press LT model allowing you to integrate press and roll machinery.
Built for Maximum Efficiency
With a quick press travel time, the Auto Roll 14TR is designed to maximize productivity. Other efficiency maximizing features include built-in ejectors for effortless truss removal, and easily expandable table design that accommodates additional truss set-ups.
Powered by a heavy duty 7.5 HP motor, the Auto Roll 14TR features a soft start module that cushions the drive system for extended component life. The rugged 24” diameter roller resists deflection while the sturdy ¾” steel top tables and load transmitting bogie wheels easily seat connector plates.
